There are so many ways to enjoy Original Irish Cream. The most common is straight up, over ice but many people are much more adventurous when it comes to serving this beloved Irish liqueur.
Mix this irish cream recipe with coffee for a sumptuous after dinner drink served with dessert, like Chocolate Kahlua Cupcakes, or make it into a Mudslide by mixing equal parts of Irish cream, vodka and Kahlua then topped with cream. The list of delectable concoctions goes on and on.

In a blender, combine heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, Irish whiskey, instant coffee, chocolate syrup, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Blend on high for 20 to 30 seconds.
Store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator. Shake well before serving. It's that simple.
A few years ago, a friend of mine gave us a large Mason jar filled with this irish cream recipe. She decorated the jar by tying a raffia ribbon around the mouth. What a nice gesture!
