Two Menu Plans To Choose From

Choosing the right New Year recipes can be a daunting task, but it really doesn't have to be. If you have invited a small number of people, say under 12, you can easily plan a sit down meal, like Menu #1 below, that will really wow your guests.

If there are dietary restrictions that you have to worry about, you may find that planning a buffet meal is easier. In my circle of friends and family, I have diabetics, people with heart trouble, people who don't like nuts or mushrooms or artichokes...the list goes on and on.

That's why I tend to go with a buffet menu, like Menu #2 below. Just add a few more New Year recipes to the menu. If you give people enough to choose from, most likely everyone will find something suitable to eat.
