This past summer, I had quite a few friends who were on a mission to lose weight. We still are on this mission, but we really needed to get healthy. So, I decided it'd be a good idea to get together outside the gym. I invited everyone over to my house one Saturday. Told everyone not to worry about food, I had it covered. I then made 10 different, very healthy, satisfying, amazingly good dishes that everyone could try and enjoy without any guilt. Made up note cards with recipes on them for ones they liked, so they could make them at home. We had great fun, just sitting around, tasting things and spending time with each other outside the gym. We hardly talked about our weight loss goals, instead we totally focused on having a good time!
