Congratulations to the New Orleans Saints!
Winning the Super Bowl could not have come at a better time for a city that has been through so much.
This weekend me and my sweetie are celebrating Valentine's Day with a little fondue night. Fondue is perfect for couples and small gatherings, say 8 people or less.
You can read my Easy Fondue Party page where I go into detail about equipment you will need, how to set up your house, recipes and more.
I tend to stick with cheese and chocolate fondues because everybody loves them and clean up is easier. For this weekend, I have 3 recipes picked out:
Traditional Cheese Fondue With Italian bread and green apples.
Garlic Cream Cheese Fondue Steamed potatoes are a must.
Mocha Cinnamon Fondue Bananas are outstanding with this one!
Next time you want to plan something that's a little out of the ordinary, try a fondue party. Your guests will love it.

I decided to create a cocktail submission page where people can submit and find excellent cocktail recipes. I am serving one of them this weekend called "Vanilla Peppermint Pattitinis." Sounds perfect for Valentine's Day doesn't it?
We need some more submissions (non-alcoholic is fine too). Will you please share one of Your Favorite Cocktails here?
