I just had to share this recipe for turkey burgers that I got from a friend. She served them on pretzel buns with corn on the cob and baked beans on the side. The whole meal was fantastic but the gourmet turkey burgers were the star of the show.
My kids do not eat red meat so I have learned to substitute ground turkey in several recipes, including chili, meatloaf and spaghetti, but I could never get the turkey burgers quite right.
I watch a lot of Food Network shows so I knew that adding veggies to the patties helps keep the turkey burgers moist, but I was never happy with the end result. They always seemed to be dense and dry.
As soon as I tasted my friend's burgers, I asked for the recipe and made a page on my site so I could share it with you and so I would not lose it!
Hope you like it as much as I do:

New Comment Feature at Theme Party Queen
We just added a new comment feature to the site which allows people with Facebook accounts to comment on every single page within the site.
This comment feature is especially nice because you can voice your opinion about party ideas, product recommendations and recipes or ask for help when needed. Here is one of the first questions/comments I received from a visitor who used this new feature:
"I am hosting a neighborhood Couples Bunco night and am wondering how 20 people and 5 tables will work out."
My response:
"Bunco will work in any multiples of 4 but more than 16 may be difficult mainly because everybody has to hear each other. If you have a venue where all the tables are close enough then it will work. Proximity is really the only restriction I can think of. Have fun!"
If you have a Facebook account, feel free to add comments on any page. For example, if you try a recipe, let us know if you liked it or how you would improve it the next time. If you have a party-related question, just post it and get timely feedback from myself and other visitors.
